Standard Items: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, processing or shipment may begin, and cancellation might not be possible.
Custom Orders: Made-to-order or personalized products can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at studioloocoo@gmail.com
within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
For customized or personalized items, refunds or replacements are only offered if the item is received damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
In case of payment delays due to bank or payment gateway processes, please allow additional 3–5 business days.
